سیاسات  التبدیل والارجاع Return and exchange policies

عزیزي العمیل :

یتم قبول ارجاع او تبدیل البضائع وفقا للشروط والاحكام التالیة:

١- یسمح بارجاع و استبدال البضائع خلال ( ٧ ) ایام من تاریخ طباعة الفاتورة مع احضار اصل الفاتورة مع مراعات البضائع المستثناة في الفقرة رقم(2)

2- نأسف لعدم ارجاع او استبدال البضائع التالیة: أ- البخاخات بجمیع انواعھا. ب- السیلكون بجمیع أنواعھ ج- السوائل بجمیع انواعھا.

3-   یجب لدى ارجاع البضائع ان تكون على حالتھا الاصلیة كما استلمھا الزبون من المعرض او المستودع.

4-   البضائع المستلمة من المستودع یتم ارجاعھا الى المستودع في مقابل سند ارجاع یستلمھ الزبون من المستودع.

5-   ضمان اي منتج عن طریق الوكیل ویبدأ سریان الضمان من تاریخ الشراء المبین في الفاتورة.

6-   لدى قیام الزبون بارجاع البضائع فانھ یستلم قیمة الفاتورة ماعدا مصاریف الشحن ان وجدت.

Dear Customer

Return or exchange of goods is accepted according to the following terms conditions

1-  It is allowed to return or exchange goods within ( 7 ) days from the date of printing the invoice,along with the original invoice,taking into the goods excluded in paragraph(2).

2-  We apologize for not returing or replacing the following merchandise,A- Sprays of all kinds.

B- silicon of all kinds. C- fluids of all kinds.

3-  When the goods are returned, the must be in their original condition as the customer received from

4-  the exhibition or warehouse.

5-  Goods received from the warehouse are returned to the warehouse in exchang for a return bond that the customer receives from the warehouse.

6-  Guarantee of any product through the agent,and the guarantee starts to run from the purchase indicated the invoce

7-  When the customer returns the goods,he receices the invooice value except the shipping cost,if any.
